Hi Sir/Maam,
I hereby wish to inform you that I am a resident of ME-31 hemant vihar barra-2 Kanpur and working
in an IT firm in Delhi. My family consists of my mother, my younger sister and two younger brothers
studying in class XII, X, VIII respectively. I lost my father who was a retired officer from Indian navy
on 24.01.14 in a road accident at fazalganj, Kanpur. Since he was the only earning member, my
family is undergoing great economic crisis and it has become very difficult for my mother to manage
the daily wages.
Through this application I want to inform you that my tauji has illegaly acquired the first floor of my
house from the last 10 years whose registry is in the name of my father (late Sailendra kumar gupta)
and is carrying out illegal commercial activities at the top floor and the daily violent activities done
by his family is a great threat for my family. In the presence of my father too many violent activities
have been done by him whose records have already given in the form of applications to the
concerned authorities which has resulted in great mental stress to my father. Since now there is no
one to look after my family, tauji takes it as an advantage and threatens my mother. Extreme of his
violent activities was on 02.07.2014 when he slapped my mother and pushed her against the wall
and warned her that if she would not listen to his words he would kill my family as he did to my
father.
On 29.07.2016 my younger brother was planting trees outside our house when my tauji came and
threatened him that if he and my family would not listen to his words he will kill all of us.
My family is facing a great threat from him and there is always a fear of some mishappening and if
any mishappeining happens in my family in the future then he and his family would be responsible.
I would request you to kindly take proper action against him before its too late.

क्षेत्र की टूटी – खराब सड़क खुले मेनहोल और सीवर भराव की समस्या से अवगत
मै स्वाती सक्सेना 126/37 आई ब्लॉक गोविंद नगर से , हमारे छेत्र की सड़क विगत् कई वर्ष से बनी नही है....और सफाई ना होने की वजह से सड़क के दोनो तरफ फूटपाथ मे मिट्टी व कूड़े का ढेर जमा हो गया है..जिसके कारण पूरे छेत्रा मे गंदगी फैली हुई है...और रोज़ाना बच्चे सड़क पर गिरते है....गंदगी की वजह से डेंगू मलेरिया का भी भय बना रहता है...आप जल्द जल्द से कोई उचित कदम उठाने कि कृपा करे इससे पहले कि कोई बड़ा हादसा हो जाये !..लगातार कई वर्षो से यह स्थिति बनी हुई है..मैने कई बार स्वयं कार्यालय जाकर अधिकारिओ को स्थिति से अवगत कराया है.पर कोई सुनवाई नही हो रही हैं. मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है की हमारी इस
समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करा दे..जिससे हमारे घर के बच्चे सड़क पर गिरने व व डेंगू मलेरिया आदि बीमारियो से बच सके.

जय श्री राम।
सर मैं आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ कि जिला कानपुर के सर्वोदय नगर, पांडु नगर, काका देव और उसके आस पास के इलाकों में 1 या 2 रुपये के सिक्के लेने पर दुकानदार मना कर रहे हैं। जबकि राज्य सरकार की तरफ से कहा गया है कि सभी सिक्के मान्य है फिर यहा के फुटकर दुकानदार सिक्के लेने से मना कर रहे हैं। ये माजरा मेरे साथ लगभग 1 महीने से हो रहा है। जब मैं बोलता हूं कि शिकायत करूँगा आपका कलेक्टर साहब के पास तो बोलते हैं कि जाओ जो करना हो कर लो हम फिर भी नही लेंगे। यहा कोई नही लेता और न ही कोई लेगा।
कृपया करके इस मामले पर ध्यान दे।
